Participants who successfully earn a certificate of completion for the SDA Bocconi General Management Program may apply to enroll for the Global Executive Master in Business Administration. The General Management Program certificate will count towards a segment of the Executive Master. Upon successful admission to the Executive Master, participants will be entitled to receive a discount of €5,000.
Note: Application to the Global Executive Master in Business Administration is required and the Executive Master assessments remain mandatory.

Program Director and Faculty Members

Paolo Morosetti

Program Director; Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, SDA Bocconi School of Management

In addition to lecturing at SDA Bocconi, Paolo teaches corporate strategy and strategic management of family businesses at Università Bocconi. Currently, his research activities focus on corporate strategy, family business, succession planning – with a specific emphasis on the engagement of millennials – and leadership development in multinational companies.

Angela Pettinicchio

Program Faculty Member; Associate Professor of Practice in the Knowledge Group of Accounting and Control, SDA Bocconi School of Management

Angela’s research focuses on the following areas: understanding and measuring financial information, quality and earnings management, analyzing the effectiveness of regulatory mechanisms applied at the international level and identifying the best mechanisms that can be applied at the team level to improve audit quality and effectiveness.

Laura Baruffaldi

Program Faculty Member; Lecturer in Leadership, Organization and Human Resources, SDA Bocconi School of Management

Laura teaches leadership, stress management, communication, assertiveness and age diversity within organizational boundaries. Her research focuses on four main areas: understanding and developing self-leadership, understanding and leveraging age diversity to create intergenerational value, identifying and developing key competencies for work-life integration and developing creative leaders who can address the challenges of innovation and change.
